II. How do we protect your personal data?

Administrator simultaneously with the registration in the Inspector General has implemented in Zartex.pl security policy of personal data and security policy of the IT system to provide effective protection of your personal data.
 
The most important elements of the personal data protection system are:

A. Rapid SSL Certificate. It ensures that the communication between your computer and Zartex.pl is encrypted with 256-bit key.

B. Access to your personal data have only those employees of Zartex.pl who have been trained in accordance with the personal data security policy and signed the relevant regulations obliging them to protect it.

C. Zartex.pl IT system meets all standards of personal data protection.

Applied technical and organizational measures ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in the regulations on the protection of personal data, including the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by the equipment and systems used for personal data processing (Dz. U. No. 100, pos. 1024) and the guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.

Administrator fulfilled all the obligations provided by law for the protection of personal data.

III.    Why and what personal data do we ask about?

A. Registration

During the registration process you are asked to provide data necessary to set up an account in Zartex.pl, so that you do not have to spend time re-filling the entire order form every time you want to purchase something. By registering you save time and money, since the registered Customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for already made purchases.

Registered Customer after logging in also has the ability to verify the status of the order and the history of his/her purchases. Registered and logged in Client may at any time correct, supplement, or completely remove by himself the data from theZartex.pl.

During the registration process we ask about:
1. name and surname – necessary for us to issue  sales document and address the parcel;

2. address (street, house number / or house number and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary for us address the parcel;

3. e-mail - necessary to login to Zartex.pl and communicate regarding the use of Zartex.pl;

4. phone number - necessary in case of selection of some of the delivery methods (required by carriers)

The data provided during the registration is processed exclusively by Zartex.pl and is not used in any other way.

B. Placing an order
When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to process the order, which in the case of registered and logged Clients is partially downloaded automatically from the data provided during registration.

When placing an order please indicate:
1. name and surname – necessary for us to issue  sales document and address the parcel;

2. address (street, house number / or house number and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary for us to address the parcel;

3. e-mail - necessary to login to Zartex.pl and communicate regarding the use of Zartex.pl;

4. phone number - necessary in case of selection of some of the delivery methods (required by carriers).

In the case when during placing an order Client chooses the delivery to a different address than the one indicated during registration or ordering, please also indicate:
1. name and surname – necessary to issue  sales document and address the parcel;

2. address (street, house number / or house number and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;
3. consignee’s phone number - necessary in case of selection of some of the delivery methods (required by carriers).

In the case when during placing an order Client chooses issuing a sales document for other data than the one indicated during registration or ordering, please also indicate:
1. name and surname or company/institution name – necessary to issue  sales document;
2. address (street, house number / or house number and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary to issue  sales document;
3. NIP number – necessary to issue sales document.

The data provided in the course of placing an order is processed by Zartex.pl and the following entities within the scope specified below:

1. Name, address, phone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are transferred to transport companies in the form of a label / bill of lading which is also the order of delivery, depending on the type of the parcel it is transferred to:

a. GLS

2. E-mail is transmitted to:

a. Allegro Group sp. z o.o. headquartered in Poznań, service operator of ceneo.pl to complete the questionnaire assessing the ordering process, questionnaire assessing completion of the order and questionnaire assessing the product, as well as to confirm the coverage of transaction by Buyer Protection Program;

b. Opineo sp. z o.o. headquartered in Wrocław, service operator of opineo.pl to complete the questionnaire assessing completion of the order and questionnaire assessing the product.

If you want to benefit from payment using an external payment system, all data entered after going to the site of the payments operator is recorded only in its database and is not in any way accessible or stored by Zartex.pl.

C. Newsletter Subscription

In the case of newsletter subscription and expressing consent to receive it in the process of registration or ordering please only enter your e-mail address to which commercial information will be sent from the Administrator, this you can always cancel by logging in to your account at Zartex.pl or by clicking a link cancelling subscription added in the footer of each newsletter.

Data provided in the course of newsletter subscriptions are processed by Zartex.pl.

IV.    Your personal data that is collected automatically after entering Zartex.pl.

A. Zartex.pl (server)
The IT system, which is used by Zartex.pl automatically collects in logs data related to the device you are using for connecting with Zartex.pl. This data is collected only for statistical purposes and include: device type, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, colour depth, IP, ISP or entry address to Zartex.pl, this information is used only in the optimization process of Zartex.pl in order to maximize convenience of use.

This data is never linked to the data given, referred to in part III and is only the material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.

B. Zartex.pl (cookies)
Zartex.pl utilizes "cookies" which are text files placed on your device in order to enable Zartex.pl to identify you and bring Zartex.pl to your needs.
